Zen Vana is a fully managed design-and-build experience. From the first conversation to final installation, every step is handled with intention, the process feels calm, organized, and clear.
STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
Share Your Space. You complete a short consultation form with your room dimensions, photos, and goals. This allows us to come prepared and make the best use of your time.

Choose Your Style. You’ll select a design direction that resonates with you. Pure, Mekhala, Pantai, or Mood. Each style guides materials, lighting, and overall atmosphere.

Design & Planning. We develop the layout, select equipment, finalize materials, and prepare the full scope of work, including timeline and investment.

Build & Installation. Our licensed professionals handle construction, installation, and finishing details. Most projects are completed within 4–6 weeks.

Completion & Walkthrough. We review the space with you, ensure everything is dialed in, and hand over a room designed for daily use.

Mood is a high-contrast, atmospheric design defined by deep textures, warm wood tones, and dramatic lighting. It’s immersive and grounding, designed to quiet the outside world and create a sense of total retreat.

INVESTMENT
Most projects fall within an investment range of $125,000–$175,000, depending on room size, selected features, and design direction.
